Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors can setup on the day before from 3pm - 6pm and on the day from 6.45am. We would encourage you to arrive early and avoid the panic.  Give yourself time to setup, avoid the stress and make sure that you have everything you need.  This will also provide more time for networking with other exhibitors before the doors open.  An opportunity not to be MISSED!

On the day, we ask all exhibitors to access the exhibition from the Ashton Road entrance (opposite Greville Smyth Park) and offload behind the Lansdown Stand. Security personnel will direct you off-site for parking (see below). If you have very little equipment it is easiest to park and carry.  See stadium plan below.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:
Ashton Gate offers free parking but the space is limited. On the day of the exhibition unhindered entry for the delegates is key to the success of the event. Please note that exhibitors will not be allowed to park their vehicles on site once they have offloaded. Venue staff will direct you off-site to nearby street parking.

The exhibition is advertised as open to delegates between 10am and 3.00pm.

Please Note: exhibitors will not be allowed to dismantle their stands until after the official closing time.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

When can we setup?
Exhibitors can setup the day before from 3:00pm - 6.00pm or on the morning of the event from 6:45am.

What is the venue address?
Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road, Bristol. BS3 2EJ (click here for venue website)

How big is an exhibition space?
A standard exhibition space is 3.0m wide and 2.0m deep.

Do you supply Shell Schemes?
To keep the cost of exhibition space as low as possible we do NOT supply 'Shell Schemes' e.g. there will be no three sided wall around your space.  A limited number of stands situated on the side of the exhibition hall can use the back wall for display purposes but please check with the organisers first.

Why the difference in price?
The exhibition hall is split into two zones, the green and the orange zone.  The green zone is towards the back of the exhibition hall, away from the delegate entrance and typically sees a lower footfall.  The orange zone is at the front of the exhibition hall, nearer the delegate entrance and attracts a higher footfall.

Is there power?
Power is available to all stands but please bring your own extension cable.

Is there a table provided, and if so, how big is the table?
You will be provided with a choice of tables and you can choose either a 6ft or 3ft table with a black table cloth. If the table is not required then please let us know.

What if we have our own exhibition stand?
You are welcome to bring your own exhibition stand (and most of our exhibitors do) but please make sure the dimensions fit the 3m x 2m standard space allocated.  You will not be allowed to erect a stand that encroaches on your neighbours space.

Is there free WIFI?
Free WIFI is available to all stands and access codes will be available from the front reception desk.

Do you supply name badges?
You will be provided with two name badge holders ('business card size'). If you require more please ask at reception.
If you require more information please contact us on 0117 911 4223 or email info@businesssorted.com
