Cathy has over 25 years’ experience working in both the SME market and for a large plc. Cathy has sat on Employment Tribunals as a Non-Legal Judge since 2002. Cathy has also represented organisations at employment tribunals – she has only lost one case a long time ago, the rest have been won including a recent one on employment status…
